Things you should know about group sessions. Groups are continuous and are formed when enough participants have called in for that specific group. If a group is forming soon you will be put on the next group waitlist and I will call you personally when the group is about to begin. Please call to get information on which group you are interested in and which location.
Current Groups open for you and your loved ones
Teens and Young Adult Support
Being a teen or a young adult may be one of the biggest hurdles and time of transformation in our lives; you are no longer a child and yet not fully a grown up. It is not an easy transition. In my work as a therapist in this generation I have seen a great need for support in this area. As a young adult, one needs a safe place to connect, be heard, and know that you are not alone. As a group we will explore who you are, what brings you joy, and allow you the space be heard. We practice positive self-talk, awareness and weekly balance exercises. You will be supported by individuals who can relate to you. We will also use your music and art in group!
The Courage to Grieve
When an emotional injury happens, our bodies process this much like a physical wound. If you have experienced the loss of a loved one and are searching for a place of support and understanding, this group can be a life vest. In this group you can share about your loved one through self-expression and art therapy. Death and loss can cause us to move very slowly. Listen to your body. We will be here when you are ready. We are taking new group sign ups; call now to reserve space.

Come join this intimate group to create new connections and support, and to explore new ways to stay centered and healthy through this transition period in your life.
